ROME, JULY 27, 2010  My friend Frank Norris and I were on the last leg (pardon the pun) of our 10-day trip to Italy, having covered Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Capri. On our second day in Rome, we visited the Musei Capitolini, and this giant marble foot was the first piece that we saw. It amazed me how they allowed people to take photographs and touch the sculptures, like this giant foot, which, by the way, looked like mine felt after all the walking we’d done.   Jose Manalo
