Saqr: Hariri 'will not accuse Hizbullah' in father's killing
BEIRUT: Lebanon First bloc MP Oqab Saqr said that Prime Minister Saad Hariri "did not and will not" accuse Hizbullah in killing his father late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. Moody's: Lebanon's main strength is high level of external liquidity
