U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization Secretary of the IGG on Grains Abdolreza Abbassian talks to journalists at FAO  headquarters in Rome, Friday, Sept. 24, 2010. Delegates at a special U.N. meeting prompted by worries over high food prices on Friday discussed a grain export ban by Russia and its impact on cereal markets, although experts said good harvests should help prevent a repeat of the price panics of a few years ago.
