Undecided voters in marginal seats will decide the outcome of this election.
Can you chip in to make sure our Issue Scorecard is in the newspapers in marginal seats this Friday and that it's the last thing voters see before walking into the polling place? We have newspaper spots lined up and GetUp members ready to hand out Scorecards on Election Day, click here to help out.
Earlier this month, the High Court ruled in favour of two courageous GetUp members who stood against unfair Howard-era electoral law.
As a result of this landmark constitutional case, they and 100,000 other Australians who wouldn't have otherwise had the chance, will be able to vote at this election. To read more about the case from Phil Lynch, the Executive Director of the Human Rights Law Resource Centre, click here.

A Win For Human Rights In The High Court
The Human Rights Law Resource Centre and GetUp! issued a constitutional challenge to amendments to the electoral laws last month. Today’s High Court decision has restored the right to vote to over 100,000 Australians, reports Phil Lynch, Executive Director of the HRLRC. Click here to read more...
