Dental Care Financing Options

Affordable dental care with plans to meet your needs

After examination and diagnosis, a complete description of the required treatment and a written estimate will be provided to you.

Our staff will help you select the method of reimbursement best suited to your financial situation. We have many options including convenient credit or cash discounts. Fees for the initial examination and any emergency treatment are payable at that appointment. For patients with dental insurance coverage, only their copayment is required at the time the treatment is rendered

DENTAL INSURANCE

Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental treatments. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due at the time the treatment is performed.

We work with many families who are covered by dental insurance, and we are completely committed to helping our patients realize their maximum insurance benefits. We invested in a state-of-the-art system that helps us closely estimate your dental insurance benefits. Please be aware that we are only capable of approximating your portion due to the large number of insurance companies and periodic changes within their contracts.

As a valued patient, you are reminded that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and not an agreement between the insurance company and this dental office. Our office can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage and patients need to realize they will always be responsible for their total obligation should their insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. The patient is still the responsible party regarding dental fees.

We will be glad to process your insurance forms as a complementary courtesy.

CASH, CHECK, VISA®, MASTERCARD®, DISCOVER® ACCEPTED

Payment in full is due when services are performed. For uninsured patients with a single treatment plan valued at over $3,000, we offer a 5% cash courtesy. There is a $50 charge for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

CARE CREDIT AND ALL CARE

We've made arragements with two credit card companies that will finance your dental treatment². This will allow you to complete your dental care without delay and make relatively small monthly payments. Application forms are available at the reception desk.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNTS

For uninsured patients 65 years or older, we offer a 10% cash courtesy.

GRADUAL TREATMENT PLAN

If it is more convenient, we can plan the completion of your dental work by spreading your appointments over several months or years. Of course, we will arrange to do the most urgent services at the beginning of treatment.
