Winnipeg Anarchist Bookfair and Do-It-Yourself Fest

A FESTIVAL OF ANARCHY AND LEARNING

In it's 3rd year, DIY fest will still feature fun Do-It-Yourself workshops, but it also joins forces with the Winnipeg Anarchist Bookfair. So you can expect a bookfair with vendors of radical and alternative publications, some workshop discussions on anarchy and activism in Winnipeg, and fun evening events.

WHERE

Most events will occur at the
  • Broadway Neighbourhood Center, located at 185 Young St., just south of Broadway.
    • Evening events are at
  • 91 Albert or the
  • Ellice Street Theatre.
  • There's also a unique opportunity to experience an ecovillage as part of the Element Sircus Solstice Celebration.

    Food Not Bombs

    will be serving snacks, so bring a mug and a spork. You may also want to bring items for the free store.
