Justin Bieber Struck By Errant Water Bottle In Concert

By Steven Avalos  Posted Aug 9th 2010 04:00PM
Justin BieberTo laugh or not to laugh? Everyone's favorite teen heartthrob, Justin Bieber, fell victim to a projectile water bottle attack at a recent concert, just as he was professing his love for the captive audience.

Video of the incident was uploaded to YouTube earlier today and features not only different camera angles but a slow motion play-by-play for optimal viewing. Watch below:

Of course, this wouldn't be Bieber's first mishap. Earlier this year the singer hit his head when he walked into a revolving door at a German hotel. We'd suggest wearing a helmet, but it might mess with the 'do. Watch after the jump:

Seeing Red: Does 'True Blood' Have Too Much Blood in Season Three?

By John Clarke Jr.  Posted Aug 9th 2010 03:30PM

Pop-Ed: 'True Blood' fans can remember back to that first season when a campy gem was born. The fangs were shorter -- almost Ricky Gervais-sized -- while plots focused around the social strife and political tensions between vampires and humans, with overtones of heated 1960s race relations. We met a motley crew of characters, lovable, hated and some in-between. Alan Ball's HBO creation was funny and dark in that deep south way where danger seems to lurk behind the kudzu and Spanish Moss. Love interests, requited and not, sprouted. We marveled at the raunchy 'vamp speed sex' (a ramp up to this season's vamp speed texting!) and lurid human copulation set a standard. But gore was almost more inferred in Season One.

Then Season Two rolled over us in a weird wave, topping out with frenzied, bloody cult orgies that climaxed with eating fresh hearts and group sex slathered in blood. Those scenes were not likely to be topped, right?

Don't underestimate Season Three tricks. The 'True Blood' team seems to know third seasons are clutch and must hit hard and fast: shock and awe type of stuff. And so far, that's just what Ball and his team have done. Oh yes, there will be blood.

Zac Efron: 'It's Real' With Vanessa Hudgens

By PopEater Staff  Posted Aug 9th 2010 02:40PM
Zac EfronZac Efron sometimes wonders why he isn't a Hollywood playboy, but it suits him just fine.

"I think a lot of guys would enjoy that. But I'm not really like that. Believe me, I rack my brain thinking 'Why am I not out there playing the field?' One of my buddies was like, 'You have no idea what's going on right now. You're peaking on Ecstasy and you're watching TV.' But it's not in my heart," he tells Details in the magazines newest issue.

The 'Charlie St. Cloud' star describes his relationship with Vanessa Hudgens -- whom he has been dating since they met on the set of 'High School Musical' -- as normal. "It's exactly how it should be. It's real."

Efron also discusses his recent fight with poison oak, why he turned down 'Footloose,' his admiration for Shia LaBeouf's attitude, and how Tom Cruise taught him to ride a motorcycle.

"I don't even want to know [why]. It's just so cool that he gave a sh*t, the fact that he cared at all. No one else did that," he says of the 'Top Gun' star's tutelage.

David Arquette Leaves His Mark In Chicago

By Ben Trivett  Posted Aug 9th 2010 02:10PM

Lady Gaga's crowd surfing at Lollapalooza wasn't the only crazy thing happening this past weekend in Chicago. David Arquette took some time off from shooting his latest film, 'Scream 4,' to show off another creative skill, tattooing. The actor stepped into the Carrera Lounge to get some new ink and ended up dispensing a little pain of his own to his tattoo artist. David must have done a good job, he was still able to get a new skull tattoo added to his collection afterward.

'True Blood' Vamp Kristin Bauer Stays Thin With Carbs

By Amber James  Posted Aug 9th 2010 01:30PM
'True Blood' Kristin Bauer Kristin Bauer wasn't kidding when she told reporters earlier this year that "heads will roll" on 'True Blood.' But more dark secrets will be emerging about her character's relationship with Eric, as life-or-death consequences take center stage.

"Vampires are hard to kill, but there are a lot more efforts in that direction and Pam will be right in the middle of it," Bauer tells PopEater. "Eric is put into a very dire situation with a huge physical and emotional conflict. We'll find out how deep Eric & Pam's relationship is, what her role is in his life and what lengths she'll go to defend and save him. When characters are really pushed to their limits and tested, we find out who they really are."

And viewers haven't seen the last of Pam's midriff-baring latex outfits -- even if the costumes have taken a toll on the actress' body image. "I realized as long as I'm in this business, I'm going to be hungry," Bauer says of her dieting regimen.

Mark-Paul Gosselaar Talks 'Graphic' 'Weeds' Scene

By Maggie Coughlan  Posted Aug 9th 2010 01:05PM
A suspected killer, a rebellious lawyer with a sense of humor, a bartender lusting after a drug-dealing mother of three; this year, Mark-Paul Gosselaar will play all of these roles.

Not quite what you'd expect from an actor best known for his portrayal of a squeaky clean, bleached blond high school hero.

With his fictitious high school days far behind him, Gosselaar finds himself returning to TNT (home of his former show 'Raising the Bar,' and newest project, 'Franklin & Bash,') to guest star as a wealthy murder suspect on Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander's sultry crime drama, 'Rizzoli & Isles.'

'Whether they've done the most horrible things, there's always good behind a character," says Gosselaar of his appearance on 'Rizzoli & Isles,' airing Monday, August 9th at 10 PM ET/PT on TNT.

Gosselaar sat down with PopEater to talk about his favorite bad guy on TV, his new series with Breckin Meyer and what to expect from him on 'Weeds.' Read more after the jump!
