Unhappy Atlanta Wendy's robber phones to complain not enough money in his haul

A DISGRUNTLED burglar who held up a Wendy's in Atlanta later called the fast-food restaurant twice to complain there wasn't enough money.

“Next time there better be more than $586 ($647),” the unhappy bandit said in one call, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Police said he made a “similar threat” the second time he phoned.

The paper reported the thief, wearing a ski mask and armed with a gun, walked up to the Wendy’s drive-through window late yesterday and ordered an employee to put the cash drawer on the counter.

He grabbed the drawer and ran, later discarding it in some nearby bushes.
