Current issues: It's not you, it's us!

  • Artist music players appearing to be empty:
    If your music player isn't showing the songs you've added to it, that just isn't right. We're working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, but we do have a workaround. Click here for details. Posted 7-23-10.
  • More public comments appearing your stream:
    Though you could always have read these public comments before, we’ve updated the stream to bring them all together for you in one, convenient place. For more info on this new feature, click here. Posted 7-19-10.
  • Have to complete CAPTCHA to submit Help request:
    If you are submitting a Contact MySpace request, you might be required to complete a CAPTCHA to submit the question. This is a temporary issue due to an update to the Help site. Yes, we know that updates should make your life better, not more annoying, so we'll have that CAPTCHA requirement out of there as soon as we can. Posted 7-6-10.
  • iLike Sidebar not working on Power PC Macs:
    The problem is limited to users on Power PC Macs with Flash 10.1 installed. We are working on a fix right now, but in the meantime, you can downgrade to Flash 10.0 to get your iLike Sidebar up and running again. Posted 6-29-10.
