Great short! I really like how you added stop motion to movie.
My friends and I had a Chatroulette session a few days ago. We ended up with about the same results. Although I did a little experiment of my own (I should have filmed it). I got up, put a pink scarf on my head and started acting stupid. Making faces, pretending that I was eating my girlfriend's foot that was hanging in the frame (without her actually showing).
Interestingly I didn't get next-ed as often as when we had our 2 very pretty girlfriends in frame.
So my conclusion is that people will watch when there is something interesting or weird happening, or even if there is a lot of movement.
I'll film and post our next session. I't wont be as nice as yours for sure, but it might be funny as I make a fool out of myself :)
(I'm in broadcasting by the way, so this is a truly great way to study peoples reactions to new (and old) things thrown at them)

This is great! I spent about 2 hours on chatroulette last night (I only expected to use it for 10 minutes, but got hopelessly addicted).

I agree with your stats and assessment. I got used to being "nexted" pretty quickly, but I still felt the burn when a pretty lady clicked me away.

Anyway, excellent editing, filming, use of props, etc. You're an inspiration to a film newbie like myself! Keep up the good work and I expect you'll make it to your dreams someday.

This was fantastic! Major props!

Not sure what was the goal here, the video is well made but the whole subject matter could have been written about in a half a page blog. Editing was choppy at spots, camera angles were not pleasant to watch at times. The soundtrack didn't match the subject matter, together with the melancholy, slow narration it reminded more about a documentary about 1920's Prohibition. The ending flowed very nicely and was nice to watch.

Nicely done! You creating a really engaging and entertaining short that does a great job telling the story. Its a bit of a sad story... how quickly we judge one another and how easy technology makes it to do it.
