By PopEater Staff Posted Jul 22nd 2010 04:30PM
'Bones' star David Boreanaz is facing a sexual harassment lawsuit, RadarOnline.com reports.
Gloria Allred, who represents the actress accusing Boreanaz, told Radar, "Today we have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Kristina Hagan, an actress, against David Boreanaz, in employment. Hagan is a member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federal of Television and Radio Artists."
"She is an actress who is working towards her goals, but who like many other actresses has not be able to achieve them. For that reason she is extremely vulnerable as many actresses are in Hollywood," the attorney added.
"Ms. Hagan's allegations are set forth her lawsuit. We will have no further comment on them," she finished.

Cameron Diaz Doesn't Want to Be With One Guy Forever
By PopEater Staff Posted Jul 22nd 2010 04:15PM
Cameron Diaz isn't ashamed of being called a serial dater. In fact, she tells UK's Stylist Magazine that she's not looking to settle down in a long-term relationship.
"I think the big misconception in our society is that we're supposed to meet the one when we're 18, and we're supposed to get married to them and love them for the rest of our lives. Bulls**t," she said.
"Who would want to be with the same person for 80 years?" Diaz added. "Why not break it up a little bit."

Naked Cowboy's Manager: 'Naked Cowgirl Is Basically a Criminal'
By Zach Dionne Posted Jul 22nd 2010 03:54PM
The Naked Cowboy of Times Square (alias Robert Burck) recently filed a lawsuit against lewd imitator Naked Cowgirl in Manhattan federal court. The Cowboy's case rests on the fact that Sandra Brodsky has infringed his copyright and damaged his brand since 2008, Burck's manager, Todd Rubenstein, tells PopEater.
Rubenstein says Brodsky, who also goes by the name Sandy Kane, assumes Naked Cowgirl doesn't fall under the registered trademark of the Naked Cowboy, and "she is sadly mistaken."
"It's infringement; she's basically stealing intellectual property. She's gonna lose," Rubenstein tells us of the lawsuit. "And then she'll probably continue doing what she's doing, she'll be found in contempt of federal court, and she'll be incarcerated. That's the sad part about it."

Maroon 5 Rehearse for 'Hands All Over' Tour -- Exclusive Video
By PopEater Staff Posted Jul 22nd 2010 01:30PM
It's been more than three years since Maroon 5's last album, but fans won't have to wait much longer to hear the group's new music. The quintet kicks off a national tour July 30 in support of its newest release, 'Hands All Over,' which hits stores Sept. 21.
PopEater caught up with the band during tour rehearsals in Los Angeles, where they previewed tracks from 'Hands All Over' and discussed the writing process for their new album. "The lyrics are very emotional on this record," keyboardist Jesse Carmichael said, "and I think the lyrics stepped up -- more than anything on this record -- to be very mature."
For this album, the band worked with producer Mutt Lange, who has produced albums for artists such as AC/DC and the Cars. "The whole process of writing this album was we push ourselves or be pushed by Mutt as hard as necessary," frontman Adam Levine said. "We've never really worked with anybody who challenged us like that." Check out the exclusive footage from PopEater's interview below.
