Taylor Swift on New Album, New Home, Favorite Fan Moments

    Taylor SwiftDamian Dovarganes, AP

Taylor Swift says that when her third album, 'Speak Now,' is released October 25, it will tell listeners a lot about her personal life .... presumably including the romantic seesaw she's ridden during the past two years. Fans will get a taste of the new sound when 'Mine,' the album's first single, is released in mid-August.

"It's a song that is about kind of my tendency to run from love. It's sort of a recent tendency," Taylor shared with fans in an online chat Tuesday, looking somber and nodding slowly when asked if the songs on her new album are about her personal life. "Mm hmm. The thing is, I don't really talk about my personal life in interviews, but I definitely sing about it. So they're definitely very sung about on this next record."

This may well be Taylor's most personal album to date because she wrote all of the songs all by herself. The reason she didn't use co-writers, she said, is that she wrote most of it while on her Fearless tour.

Keith Urban 'Wiggles' His Way Into Daughter's Love of Music

Keith Urban's two-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose, already has the love of music in her blood. Keith says her favorite song is 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,' which often gets stuck in his head. "She hits those intervals just right every time," Keith tells the Los Angeles Daily News. "I think that's a good sign that she's got a good ear."

After a recent full day in the recording studio, Keith had Sunday Rose take him by the hand as soon as he walked in the house. She led him to her basket of miscellaneous instruments and after finding the appropriate drum for her daddy, she handed it off to him to play for her. "She was asking me to hit it," says the superstar dad. "So I started hitting it and she started spinning around and dancing. I just love watching her light up to music like that."

Clay Walker 'Feels So Right' Thanks to Classic Arrangement

    Clay Walker
definitely wanted to capture some of the original essence of his favorite Alabama hit, 'Feels So Right,' when he recorded the 1981 hit for his latest CD, and getting Randy Owen to sing on it with him didn't hurt. But it was what happened next that was really amazing, lending an even more authentic feel to the cut. Clay managed to track down the original arranger who did the strings on the Alabama smash nearly 30 years ago.

"We called her," Clay tells The Boot, "and she said, 'It's weird that you're calling me, because two days ago I started moving offices and I just put the box that has the original strings from that recording on my desk. It's sitting here right now.' So I asked could you do it, and she said, 'I'll come do it.' So my recording of that song has the original strings used on the first one ... talk about 'The Secret' in action!"

    Taylor Swift
may team up with Adam Young, the musician behind electro-pop outfit Owl City, for his next album -- but right now the idea is just in the talking stages. The buzz about the pairing between the two buddies took off when Adam was quoted as saying he'd like to record with the country superstar.

"I have talked to her," the performer of the chart-topping pop hit 'Fireflies' tells HitFix. "She's so busy, but she said if there's time, she said it'd be lot of fun. There's this weird hybrid country song I'm working on. There's no title because I haven't made any lyrics yet. But that would be the one."
