Orders take 1 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

Please wait 1 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the UPS or USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. All "Budget" tracking number will most likely NOT update until delivery, if at all. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order, or over 5 weeks for your international order please contact customer support.

All orders push to our warehouse in real-time so its unlikely that we will be able to make a change prior to shipment-this includes switching out sizes or addresses. However, we do offer Free Returns/Exchanges and will be happy to make any change for you free of charge.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges within 60 days of purchase. No products listed under "Stuff" can be sent in for a refund or exchange. If you want to set up an exchange or return on a garment, please go to our returns page.

Shirts received via the T-Shirt of the Month Club program are not returnable. However, if you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you, upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee.

Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Check with your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once these arrive. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Unfortunately we can not accept checks, gift cards, cash or money orders at this time. BustedTees takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.

Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the amount. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily. For T-shirt of the Month Club subscriptions, the entire subscription cost is charged at time of purchase.

For your protection we may ask for a copy of your ID to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you have verified your order, you will not be asked again.

Absolutely! If you are unsure about a size, or just can't seem to decide on the perfect BustedTee, you can purchase a gift card! Gift cards never expire and can be combined with one current discount coupon if you have one. You may not purchase a gift card with a coupon code, they must be purchased at full price. You may purchase gift cards here in the following increments: $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00.

We print all of our designs on American Apparel blanks.

They are made of 100% Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort.

All of BustedTees' products are made with American Apparel's 100% preshrunk combed cotton knit fabric. Expect about 5-7% (about a half a shirt size) shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.

At this time, BustedTees does not offer tall or plus sizes. This does not mean we will never carry a variety of sizes, so please do check back.

The BustedTees creative process starts with the writers of CollegeHumor, our sister website. Every week we get together and brain storm. The best ideas go to our graphic designer and the rest is cotton!

Yes! You can submit your idea using our contact form. If we like it you'll get $150 plus a free shirt with your idea on it. PS- You don't have to be an artist, you can submit your ideas in text and our design team can take it from there. Original ideas only, we do not accept pop culture reference submissions.

BustedTees team will pick the shirt of the month. It will be one of the new releases from the past week or from an upcoming week. We make every effort to select items that we think are the best of the release. Right now you cannot select your own shirts and you cannot exchange the shirt if you don't like it. Our shirts make a great gift, we're sure someone else will like it.

If you move or all of a sudden complete the Atkins diet and need to update your shipping address or shirt size, you can do that anytime via the 'Shirt of the Month Club' tab on your account settings page. We will also provide you with a link to the 'Shirt of the Month Club' settings page for updating your address and sizing in the signup e-mail you receive when you activate a T-shirt of the month subscription.

The shirt of the month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st BustedTees® shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each BustedTees® shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a BustedTees® Gift Card. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each BustedTees® subscription plan shirt is $25.99 (U.S. Subscribers) or $28.99 (for international subscribers).

We do not automatically renew your subscription. Near the time of the final shipment we may include a renewal offer, but it is completely up to you if you wish to renew.

Currently we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything else, please feel free to ask. Please remember that BustedTees does allow free returns and exchanges on all of our garments, so if it is not 100% perfect you are not stuck with it.
