While the mere mention of carbon fiber would make the automotive fans raise their heads, however, this time it has landed straight into your bathroom. Not that we haven’t heard of carbon fiber toilet seat before, but this collection Nerocarbonio by Alberto Del Biondi is a unique combination of great creativity and innovation. Apart from its lightness of course, the Nerocarbonio collection features a toilet and a bidet made completely out of carbon fiber. The unique feature that makes it to appear here on Born Rich is probably its design with the toilet taking a special form of the section of cover that hides the seat. With all the uniqueness and lightness of the material, it can’t be said if it will speed up the pooping process.

The whole mystique of owning a piece of history might seem tangible, but owning one of such objects is your only way to connect back through history in a very personal way. This is the reason why bidders from England, France, Lithuania, Hong Kong and the United States joined the auction, when a lock of Napoleon’s hair went on block at an auction in New Zealand. The hair that fetched $13,000 was cut from his head after he died in exile in 1821 on the Atlantic island of St Helena. The lock was bought by an unnamed London collector and was one of 40 lots of memorabilia from Napoleon up for auction in New Zealand.
