Jules Carey of the law firm Tuckers says a second autopsy was conducted on Ian Tomlinson after videotape emerged showing the news vendor being shoved to the ground by police. The first autopsy had said he suffered from a heart attack. Carey said Friday April 17, 2009 that the findings of Dr. Nat Cary increase the possibility that the officer implicated in the incident could face a charge of manslaughter
