SEX addict Danny James had to move out of a town in North West England because he had slept with every girl in it.

The Sun online reports the tattoo artist, who has bedded more than 500 women, turned to therapy to cure his urges.

Danny, 27, spent hundreds of pounds looking for lovers after running out of ladies to squire in the seaside resort of Lytham St Annes in Lancashire.

He said: "When there were no more women left in town I had not slept with I spent a fortune on taxis going further afield.

"I could be spending hundreds of pounds a night partying and taking women back to hotels."

But he said his constant one-night stands left him depressed and ruined his business.

Danny went to psychotherapist Steven Pope to help him beat his addiction.

He now has a long-term partner and a new shop in Liverpool.

But he slammed the UK's treatment of sex addiction in comparison to the US.

Married golfing star Tiger Woods, 34, recently went into sex rehab after a string of alleged affairs.

Danny said: "I am no top golfer but addiction to sex has seen me ruin relationships and my business.

"People treat it like a joke but it's a real problem."

Therapist Steven Pope said: "Sex addiction can be a problem for both sexes. I saw one intelligent woman of 31 who had 127 partners in six months.

"She could not stop herself despite the risks."
