A man walks out of an employment agency in Madrid, Spain, Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009. The number of people filing jobless claims in Spain increased by 199,000 in January, the Labor Ministry said Tuesday. The monthly increase brought the total number of people claiming benefits to 3.3 million, the ministry said in a statement. Its records show 1.06 million people more have been registered as unemployed in the past 12 months.
