A boat is dwarfed by the Petrobras "Plataforma 36" as it maneuvers around it in the Guanabara Bay in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Friday, November 19, 1999. Acording to the government-owned oil company, the oil platform, formerly the "Spirit of Columbus" platform, is the largest in the world and was brought to Brazil on the "mighty servant I" ship in the biggest "dry tow" operation ever perfomed in the oil industry.
