Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah speaks during a press confrence in Srinagar on June 1,2009. Omar Abdullah ordered a judicial probe into the killing of two women after their alleged rape at Shopian in south Kashmir on May 30. Over a dozen people were hurt on June 1 during protests over the alleged rape and murder of two young Muslim women by security forces, police and witnesses said. Police said they are investigating the 'mysterious deaths' of the women, aged 17 and 22, whose bodies were found dumped in a shallow stream on May 30.
