Issues issues?

Just tonight I noticed that I'm not able to:

a) Create a new issue (http://drupal.org/node/add/project_issue directs me to create either a forum topic or a book page)
b) See any replies on issues; while an issue may show 11 comments in the search screen, only the initial first post is displayed when clicking on it
c) View any patches attached to issues
d) View any of the "pertinent details" (Project, Status, Category, Assigned to) for any issue--all of these fields are blank at http://drupal.org/project/issues/

I was able to do all of these things on Friday.

I also noticed the devel list went completely silent since the 4.6.3 announcement, which seems kind of odd, even for a late Sunday/early Monday morning. Not sure if those two are related or not.
