Privacy Statement for Access Request Page

Summary:
The Access Request Form page collects user's name, e-mail address, telephone number, and employer information, in order to authenticate the user's access request. The information you input will be sent to the representative of your company or organization.

It does not apply to any other pages in the W3C Web site. Any questions regarding the web site and the privacy policy can be directed to site-policy@w3.org. Email interactions are guided by general net-etiquette conventions.

The Access Request Form page requests the user's name, e-mail address, telephone number, and employ information. These information will be used only for authenticating the user's access request for the member area of the W3C web site. We keep the information indefinitely. We provide the information to the representation of the user's employer, but not to any other individuals and organizations. The user can know what kind of information is stored about him/herself by sending e-mail to site-policy@w3.org.

In addition to the above privacy statement, the W3C Privacy Statement for Members is also applied to these pages, because it covers all pages in the W3C member site.
