Prize	Certificate, plaque and honorarium of $1,000.
Eligibility	No restrictions.
Basis for Judging	Major contributions to the public welfare through work in the field of telecommunications.
Presentation	Annually (as soon as possible after recommendation). Award may not be presented if suitable candidate is not available.
