The FIOE manage its institutions with an objectives-based system.

2. Entities affiliate to the FIOE:

  • Member institutions: They are institutions of a domestic nature (British, French, etc.), existing in 28 European countries. These institutions include in their memberships various central, local or specialized institutions.
  • Central institutions: They are institutions of a specialized nature. They are as follows: Federation of European Arab-Islamic Schools, the European Institute of Human Sciences, the European Council for Fatwa and Research, the European Forum for Muslim Women, Forum of European Muslim Youth and Student Organizations, the European Endowment and the European Forum for Media Professionals.
