The interesting part is that the 40 instrumental tracks are available for $5 through the nin.com site or amazon.com.
It also comes with a 40-page pdf.
Rumor is that the double-disc will be released traditionally on April 8.

Healy, 41, died from cancer the cause of his blindness on March 2.
