one day while going through his paperwork comrade stalin notices that there are mice in his study, so he goes to ask president kalinin what he should do to get rid of them.
'hmmm', says kalinin, 'why don't you put up a sign that says 'collective farm' - then half of the mice will die and the other half will run away'.
