Brass Eye alert! Brass Eye alert!
Regular readers of the blog know already that I think that Brass Eye and its predecessor The Day Today are the funniest fake news programs ever created. You can't really buy them in the US, though as I understand the UK DVD of Brass Eye is region-free. My pals in Kasper Hauser introduced me to Brass Eye, of which they spoke in hushed, reverent tones that had previously been reserved for things like Larry Sanders and Python.
My point in bringing all of this up: someone has Brass Eye to Google Video.

Ever see Jam? - Chris Morris' later series. He moved on from fake news to just creeping the bejesus out of everyone.
Day Today co-creator Armando Iannucci went on to bring us The Thick of It, a dead on behind the scenes look at the workings of government - it isn't The West Wing
Both are worth hunting down
