One hundred residents of Miami's embattled neighborhood of Wynwood met on Saturday February 9th at the Take Back Wynwood Town Hall meeting to develop a community platform against gentrification. The historic gathering of residents from this Latino working class enclave in the heart of Miami's shifting inner city exposed deep rooted frustrations and anger at the displacement of community combined with an energized spirit to unite and fight gentrification in all its forms.
