About: DynaStop is a utility to examine IPv4 based addresses for Exim and procmail for the purpose of filtering based upon patterns defined by the administrator. This can be a pivotal factor in email filtering and server load management, since dynamic IP addresses are typically used for dial-up, DHCP, and DSL accounts. All of which have a designated mail exchange server through which all outbound mail flows as defined with many, if not most, large Internet service providers. Changes: The example configuration files were updated.
About: Roadsend Compiler for PHP produces optimized stand alone applications, libraries, and Web applications from standard PHP source code. The compiler produces native machine code, not PHP byte code, so no interpreter is required. It is a new implementation of the PHP language and runtime environment compatible with Zend PHP. It does not share any code with the original PHP implementation. Changes: Many optimizations to the runtime and Web backends were made. The sockets extension was implemented (TCP only). Several bugs in the runtime and build system were fixed.
About: MOSIX is a management system targeted for high performance computing on Linux clusters and multi-cluster organizational grids. In MOSIX, there is no need to modify or link applications with any library, copy files or login to remote nodes, or even assign processes to different nodes. It is all done automatically, similar to a single computer with multiple processors; just fork and forget. Changes: Partitions can be clustered to sub-clusters.
About: strongSwan is a complete IPsec and IKEv1 implementation for Linux 2.4 and 2.6 kernels. It also fully supports the new IKEv2 protocol with Linux 2.6 kernels. It interoperates in both IKEv1 and IKEv2 mode with most other IPsec-based VPN products. The focus of the strongSwan project is on strong authentication mechanisms using X.509 public key certificates and optional secure storage of private keys on smartcards through a standardized PKCS#11 interface. A unique feature is the use of X.509 attribute certificates to implement advanced access control schemes based on group memberships. Changes: IKEv2 rekeying in NAT situations did not inherit the NAT conditions to the rekeyed IKE_SA so that the UDP encapsulation was lost with the next CHILD_SA rekeying. Wrong type definition of the next_payload variable in id_payload.c caused an INVALID_SYNTAX error on PowerPC platforms. The IKEv2 EAP-SIM server and client test modules were implemented, which use triplets stored in a file. For details on the configuration, see the scenario "ikev2/rw-eap-sim-rsa".
About: libmemcached is a C client library for interfacing to a memcached server. It has been designed to be light on memory usage, thread safe and to provide full access to server side methods. It also implements several command line tools: memcat, memflush, memrm, memstat, and memslap (for load generation). The library has been designed to allow for different hashing methods on keys, partitioning by keys, and to use consistent hashing for distribution. Changes: Work was done on the UDP protocol. get_by_key and set_by_key tests were added for the C++ API. limit_maxbytes was fixed to be 64-bit in stats. Servers are now sorted, meaning that servers are now ordered so that clients with the same lists will have same distribution. MEMCACHED_BEHAVIOR_SORT_HOSTS was added to enable this support. The MEMCACHED_BAD_KEY_PROVIDED error was added for auto, set, and get operations. MEMCACHED_BEHAVIOR_VERIFY_KEY was added to enable this feature. More error messages are produced by the command line tools. Bugs in the memcached_cas() operator were fixed.

About: HTML Forms generation and validation is a PHP class that generates HTML forms supporting many built-in validation types on server and client sides. It prevents security attacks by discarding spoofed values, has multiple submit protection, outputs HTML for fields displayed as fully accessible or in read-only mode, and has field value filtering and reformatting. It can be extended with custom control plug-ins. AJAX based form submission, upload monitor progress bar, auto-complete text input, automatic layout renderer, calendar date, CAPTCHA, Google Maps world location selection, linked select, and animation effects plug-ins are available. Changes: The calendar date custom input plug-in was enhanced to allow hiding the day input, assuming default value for the day. Dates may be set to the value "now" as an alias of the current date. The main class was fixed to format error messages correctly when several inputs are invalid and the class is set to show all error messages at once.
