Supernatural - Houses of the Holy
Is a vengeful angel turning ordinary citizens into instruments of divine justice? Sam and Dean investigate a series of murders committed by individuals who claimed to be acting on God's will, delivered to them by an honest to goodness angel.
The very substance of the case summons a familiar rift between the brothers. Sam is on the verge of accepting the events at face value, Dean on the other hand is his agnostic self not willing to accept the figures of Christianity as tangible beings.

Smallville - Crimson
If you guessed that the title 'Crimson' indicates that Clark will again come into contact with Red Kryptonite, congratulations: you're a master of discerning the obvious. This time the Red Kryptonite comes in the form of an aphrodisiac lipstick worn by Lois Lane. Once she lands a smooch on Clark his 'other' self comes out, and this time it is time to confront the ladies of his life, with doe eyed Lois in tow.

My Name Is Earl - Foreign Exchange Student
Earl is once again served up the opportunity to right a past wrong when Pierre, a french foregin exchange student he tormented in school turns up to get a little revenge of his own. After giving Earl an impressive headbutt, Earl snatches his passport to try to keep him around a while so he can show Pierre the joys of America. Like a good french stereotype, Pierre turns his nose up at everything Earl shows him until he lays eyes on catalina. The smitten frenchmen's passes are quickly picked up by an otherwise slow witted Randy.
After Randy chokes Pierre, Earl confronts him and tells him that he must tell Catalina how he feels. This is the moment a lot of fans have waited for ever since Randy called dibs. So, Randy does just that, right out in front of everyone at the bar. Catalina at first seems to agree, expressing her love for Randy... but a lip biting look at Earl reveals she isn't sincere. Uh Oh

Grey's Anatomy: 3.14 Spoilers, 2/1/07
The more I think about last week's Grey's Anatomy episode the less it works for me. I've been pondering this whole "double proposal thing" thing and, let's face it, it's about as gimmicky as you can get. I understand where Grey's is coming from. Usually, proposals on prime time dramas are major events, with huge build-ups that the audience will see coming from a mile away. So, Grey's, as it is wont to do, knocked convention on its ass and decided to give its audience two concurrent marriage proposals coming completely out of nowhere. My initial reaction was, "Cool, that's different. Never seen that before." But, after a week, I've changed my mind. Even if something is unconventional and original, it can also be a gimmicky stunt. Which is bad.
The spoilers below give us some insight below into what the answers/ramifications of the proposals will be. I assumed that one would say yes, the other no. There's no way both say yes; that'd be too happy for a show like Grey's Anatomy. It's hard to like Burke these days, so I hope he gets denied. George and Callie are a couple I can root for, however.
For some hints on what will happen tonight, check below.

UFC 67 All or Nothing PPV Preview Part II - Undercard Fights
UFC 67 All or Nothing PPV Preview Part I
UFC 67's undercard dark bouts feature a reverie of talent that will decipher who is to be the next big thing in the UFC. With the exception of Rivera and Hoger, the rest of the undercard fighters are either making their UFC debut, or have only a few UFC bouts under their belt. For the latter fighters mentioned, it will be their final test to see whether the UFC will keep knocking at their door. Both types of fighters, the debuting and the ones that want to remain, all have something to prove which will translate in an "all or nothing" fight.
Sam Hoger v. Ryoto Machida
While Mirko "CroCop" and Quinton Jackson have international recognition and are able to attract the hordes of the hardcore fans and the interest of the casual, there is one more debuting international veteran that will make his debut at UFC 67. Unfortunately, he is not recognized by name, but as the guy who first knocked out Rich "Ace" Franklin cold when "Ace" fought overseas. Since then, Ryoto "Lyoto" Machida caught an underground internet buzz with wishful fans setting up fantasy fights in various online forums.

Exclusive Interview: Beauty and the Geek's Mario Muscar
Mario Muscar, a writer and proud owner of over 25,000 comic book, was eliminated from the third season of Beauty and the Geek last night, which is bad news for viewers who enjoy decent human beings. Mario and his partner Nadia were inarguably the most likable and nicest team on the show. It's a shame they've been eliminated.
Thankfully, Mario was kind enough to talk to us at BuddyTV this morning about his experience on Beauty and the Geek, his relationship with Nadia, and what he's got on tap for the future. Tomorrow, we'll have an interview with his partner, Nadia.
How did you get involved with Beauty and the Geek and end up auditioning?

Ugly Betty Spoilers: 2/1/07
Congratulations, Ugly Betty! You are a critical darling. You are an award winner, busting out of the gate in your premiere season, surpassing all reasonable expectations for your little show. Your star, America Ferrara, who fearlessly plays one of the least attractive lead characters in TV history (The ugliest lead character? It's probably a tie between Roseanne and Alf), has won the Best Actress Golden Globe and is adored by the masses. Why is this notable? Because the keys to Ugly Betty's success fly directly in the face of typical Hollywood conventions.
Basing a prime time series on a Colombian telenovela would normally be a laughable concept. Ugly Betty did it. It's patently insane to purposely make your lead character ugly. (And not your usual TV David Schwimmer-Megan Mullally kind of ugly, but ugly ugly. Fugly ugly.) Yet, Ugly Betty did it. Casting Vanessa Williams is another bold move, considering she has never been cast in anything of worth (unless you count Eraser, which I kind of do). Yet, in spite of all this, Ugly Betty has received great first year ratings, love from the critics, and even won the Best Comedy Golden Globe.

American Idol: Season 6, Episode 6 Recap
For anyone who watched last night's American Idol, I've got a question for you. So, the show kicks off and we see the requisite 10-15,000 prospective American Idols all gathered up. We get that "cool" panning shot that circles around the stadium, letting us know that, yeah, a lot of people turned out to audition. Last night, they gathered the crowd at the Rose Bowl. When Seacrest said this and I saw it with my own eyes, I thought, "Wait, where are the auditions with the judges going to be held?" Then, they announce Downtown Los Angeles (the worst major Downtown in the country, by the way) as the actual location for the tryouts. This is baffling.
For those familiar with LA, you know that the Rose Bowl is in Pasadena, which can sometimes be as much as a 45-minute drive from Los Angeles. Did they bus people in from there to Downtown? Was American Idol just using stock footage because they wanted the Rose Bowl involved? Did they hold the initial tryouts and the judges auditions on different days?
I'm guessing that some minor research would easily yield answers to these queries, but I've got better things to do. Like mock bad singers. A complete look at every featured contestant from last night's American Idol is below:

American Idol: Los Angeles Auditions
American Idol went home to Los Angeles tonight, searching for its next great singer among the best and the worst of what Southern California had to offer. This episode had its fair share of interesting components, not the least of which being the very first person to audition for Paula, Randy and Simon. This man, whose real name is Martik but goes by "Eccentric", had the most bizarre package of crazy that I've seen this year. I try not to throw the word "crazy" around much while describing the American Idol auditions (although I inevitably do), so believe me when I say the Martik was a freaking nut job.
This is all presupposing that Martik wasn't faking it. He may just be an incredible actor. I hope that's all it was and that the real Martik was drinking beer and laughing his ass off with his buddies during tonight's show. I'll explain his "act" in more detail during tomorrow's full recap but, in brief, let's just say that he declared himself a Panther Impersonator/athlete/model/dancer/singer/author/choreographer. And that is almost an exact quote.
Below are some brief highlights from American Idol's Los Angeles auditions:
