Ookpik.org Relaunched
IISD is pleased to announce the redesign and relaunch of Ookpik.org. The international site, sponsored by the Arctic Council, is a source of news, information and resources for Arctic youth from circumpolar countries. It is also a forum for youth opinions and creative submissions.

Community Sustainability

Internship Applications Now Being Accepted
We are currently accepting applications for our 2006-2007 Young Canadian Leaders for a Sustainable Future internship program. Since 1997, the highly successful program has placed more than 300 interns in exciting positions around the world.

Environment and Trade: A Handbook - Second Edition
This handbook, originally published in 2001, has been completely updated for 2005, with new sections on the Doha agenda and regional trade and investment agreements, as well as analysis of new WTO panel rulings. The handbook is a joint publication of IISD and UNEP.
