February 23, 2005 - The heartbreaking effort to identify all 2,749 victims of the World Trade Center terror attacks is over.

After an agonizing wait of 3 ½ years, the families of 1,164 of the dead are being told by the Medical Examiner's Office that it has exhausted all the DNA technology currently available.
