"I am Black and Caucasian mixed, but considered Black by the system. Recently, when four white kids came in here on charges of making and blowing up a homemade bomb, they only spent one night here and did not have to go to court." |

Did the St. Paul City council fund the purchase of independent radio station WCAL by Minnesota Public Radio? And was their process for doing so legal? Are they using revenue bonds to improve blighted areas to increase the blight on the radio dial? |
